The Committee will meet as often
as is required and prepare action plan for the conduct
of the 33rd National Games in regard to the
subject assigned to the Committee. For this purpose
the committee can interact with the Chairperson/Members
of any other Committee to ascertain their requirement
and prepare a comprehensive action plan. The Committee
is also authorized to prepare Notice Inviting Tender
(NIT) , receive bids, evaluate the same, finalise their
recommendations and transmit relevant paper alongwith
their recommendations to the NGS for obtaining necessary
approval of the competent authority for necessary action,
payment of bills etc.
Chairman of the Committee can co-opt any person(s) who
are domain experts and who can contribute by virtue
of their experience.
The Committee will continue to function till the 33rd
National Games are successfully conducted.
This order will come into force with immediate effect.
