in Guwahati and other venues. |

To construct new sports infrastructure for conduct

Sports equipments in consultation with State Associations
and National Federations.

To draw up extensive skill,
up-gradation and talent scouting programmes for
the Sports persons and new talents in consultation
with the Assam Olympic Association and State Associations.

To Develop Accommodation Facilities
for the Participants and Officials of National
Games – 2005 in a planned and phased manner.

To make all the arrangements
for smooth conduct of the National Games -2005
as per schedule.

To act as an interface between
the stakeholders viz Government of Assam, Government
of India, Indian Olympic Association (IOA), Assam
Olympic Association (AOA), State Association of
different disciplines and National Federations.
